We’ve got everything you need to know about the UCFF event in September…
Find out everything you need to know about the UCFF event on September 14th, including what’s on, who’s attending, how to book, and hear a special message from Tom Kerridge.
Dubbed ‘The Glastonbury of food’, tickets for the Universal Cookery and Food Festival 2021 are now on sale for the event on September 14th.
It’s an event designed by chefs for chefs, and for lovers of great food from across the country. It’s an opportunity to get out of the kitchen and meet with local farmers, foragers, fisherman, conservationists, nutritionists, growers and suppliers.
Now in its ninth year, the UCFF continues to achieve its core objectives at the heart of the event – farming, learning, provenance, sustainability, trends, taste, seasonality and menu development. Watch our ‘UCFF through the years’ video to find out how previous events went.
But don’t take our word for it, hear what celebrity chef Tom Kerridge has to say about being an ambassador for the UCFF.
And Tom is just one of our many ambassadors, who all bring their own individual flavour to event:
- David Mulcahy
- Pervin Todiwala
- Paul Ainsworth
- Simon Hulstone
- Claire Clark
- Nigel Barden
- Mark Birchall
- Lisa Goodwin-Allen
The UCFF has always aimed to be the must-attend event for chefs in the UK, and the 2021 event will be no exception. We remain firmly committed to organising a vibrant and well attended live event that assists with the development of the foodservice sector, while educating and inspiring the UK’s chefs of the future.
For more information about the event, to hear from the delegates and previous attendees, and to book your place, visit the Universal Cookery and Food Festival website or get in touch on Twitter @cookeryfoodfest and use the hashtag #UCFF2021.
